About TelehealthTrueCost
Telehealth pricing is deliberately confusing. Some companies advertise a "from $99/month" price that quietly becomes $349 after the first month. Some quote a membership fee that doesn't include the medication. Manufacturer direct-pay programs, insurance coverage, and savings cards all change the math — and most comparison content online is written by whoever pays the highest commission.
This site exists to answer one question honestly, across the treatments we cover — GLP-1 weight loss, menopause hormone therapy, and testosterone therapy: what will treatment actually cost you, from which provider, in your situation?
Our editorial rules
- Every price has a source and a date. Prices are taken from the provider's published pricing page and each table shows when it was last verified. No source, no claim.
- First-month teaser prices are always shown next to the ongoing price. The number that matters is what month 4 costs, and we lead with it.
- The cheapest legitimate path gets named even when it pays us nothing. If your insurance covers a branded medication, or a manufacturer's direct program beats every telehealth offer, we say so.
- We only list providers operating legally. Every provider we compare requires a prescription issued by a licensed clinician after a medical evaluation. We do not list "no prescription needed" sellers, gray-market "research chemical" sites, or overseas pharmacies — at any commission.

How we verify
We re-check every provider's published pricing on a regular cycle and after any announced change (manufacturer price moves, new programs, discontinued offerings). Corrections are made on the page itself with the verification date updated. Spot an error? Tell us — we fix it and credit you if you want.
